  • Academy Deli-Bar- Restaurant – A selection of high quality produce ranging from sweet to savoury, all made by our catering and hospitality students at South Cheshire College.   • Alison’s Fruity Cordials - Alison’s Homemade is an award winning producer of Fresh Fruit Cordials, handmade in small batches in our kitchen in Cheshire. The best ingredients are used to produce really fresh tasting drinks. We are always experimenting with new flavours and only the best recipes make it to the bottle. All flavours are available to sample at our stall.

  • Bexton Cheese - hand made farmhouse cheeses, tradional and waxed in various flavours e.g parsley & garlic, hot chilli & cranberry. Made locally in Cheshire. www.bextoncheese.co.uk
  • Bridge Bakehouse,The - we are an artisan patisserie based in the Peak District. Run by two sisters, Camilla and Courtney, we are extremely passionate about what we produce and sell.   • Cakes by Bethany - is a local Congleton business. Our aim is to provide you with cake creations that not only look fabulous but taste delicious too.   • French Corner, The – is an established bakery based in Liverpool. We offer traditionally baked French baquette, speciality bread and pastries.   • Just Jamin – is a Cheshire based Caribbean food production company. Whilst some of the spices are from the Caribbean, the main components –  meat, seasonings and vegetables – are locally sourced.   • Lancashire Delights – everything with a taste of Lancashire – black pudding, Lancashire Haggis, beef puddings,pork pies, chorizo and many more products including gluten free.
  • Larkton Hall – my cheese is hand made on our dairy farm using our own cows milk. I use a recipe that comes from the Italian Alps. Feducini is a hard cheese matured for five months with a medium strength flavour. Crabtree is a mild creamy cheese with a semi-hard texture.
  • Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese – is made using fresh raw milk from our own cows on our farm on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. It is matured for about 18 months and is a cross between traditional West Country Cheddar and Alpine cheese like a Compte. www.lincolnshirepoachercheese.com
  • Malvavisco Marshmallows – we make and sell our own hand made gourmet marshmallows. In essence, we have fun experimenting with ingredients, flavours and colours to produce marshmallows that are ‘lighter, fluffier and tastier’ than the ones you can hope to buy on the High Street. www.malvaviscouk.com
  • Mufcake – I create mufcakes in various themed flavours using the best local ingredients I can find – flour from Walk Mill, homemade jams, pickles and ganache. We create a surprise theme every year. www.mufcake.com
  • Muffin Mistress, The – at the Muffin Mistress we are proud to source the majority of our ingredients from the local grocers and diary. We use absolutely no preservatives or additives in our muffins- we love them just the way they are! www.themuffinmistress.co.uk
  • Mum’s Macaron – delicious and delicate French macarons in over 25 flavours, home made in Gawsworth Cheshire.
  • North West Game – locally sourced, seasonal, wild game meat dishes, burgers and hotdogs. All our produce is sourced from the wider North West region, but is butchered, dressed, prepared and cooked by ourselves.
  • Pastry Chef, The – all produce is home made by me, a chef with over 20 years experience. Using local produce as much as possible, I make traditional sweets such as treacle tart, Bakewell tart, parkin and savoury tarts too.
  • Pudding and Pie – delicious home made pies made from local produce. We make both large family pies, small individual pies and sausage rolls, from our famous cheese and onion through to our tasty steak and creamy Stilton. All wrapped in our hand made, beautifully light, short crust pastry – from a family recipe passed down through the generations.

  • Staffordshire Cheese Co – artisan hand made cheese and traditional hand crafted ales. www.staffordshirecheese.com
  • Tapas ala Carta – we believe we make the best paella in Cheshire and we’re happy to prove it! We make our own sofrito and add choice meats and seafood; just as they do in rural Spain. Our chicken kebabs are famous and our tapas are a modern twist on the classics. www.tapasaltrincham.co.uk
  • Tibetan Kitchen – try our Himalayan meals all the way from Tibet, via our South Manchester cafe!   • Vale Allotments – locally grown vegetables and fruit produce on allotments within 100 yards of the town centre
  • Welsh Oven, The – locally sourced ingredients cooked in a wood fired oven, everything is hand made and delicious.
  • Weston Biltong Co Ltd, The – Biltong originated from South Africa centuries ago and is becoming more and more popular in the UK. Our biltong is made from locally sourced British beef and is all hand made in Cheshire.
