Emma Speak of Mossley Primary School presented her programme:

Try your hand at designing your own flapjack mix, then experiment with piping bag skills or create your own sugar craft models. Open to kids of all ages

Time for the long awaited return of the Open Omelette Challenge. Last year’s winner defended her title in the company of local TV personality Adam Partridge. From egg to plate judged on speed and appearance.
